Dancing with the Ancestors

In this Samhain season when the veil between us and the dead is said to be at its thinnest, Join us to dance and connect with the love, guidance and support of our wise and well ancestors on Sunday November 5 th from 11am-1:30pm

We all have wise and well ancestors and in general they are waiting for us to turn toward them and consciously engage with all they have to offer. Being in reciprocity with our wise and well ones opens the way for more belonging and more context for our lives and family Samhain was traditionally the time for honouring the dead and by the old calendar it was also the beginning of the new year.

We will use the maps of Movement Medicine and the Ancestral Lineage Healing process. There is no need for previous experience of dance or ancestral work. Come as you are for embodied connection, dance, and simple community, earth and ancestral honouring ritual together. I look forward to seeing you there.
